Not only did they promptly address any issue I encountered, but they went above and beyond, even returning a forgotten belonging to me with utmost care and efficiency. The heating and air conditioning in the room were perfect, creating a comfortable environment throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-stocked mini-bar with a variety of refreshments, enhancing my overall experience. Additionally, the proximity of the hotel to a selection of top-rated restaurants such as Ristorante Mensa di Bacco and Aquila Nera made dining options convenient and delightful.
